Our Fees & Insurance

We are considered “out of network” providers and do not bill insurance on your behalf.
At your request, however, we can provide you with a superbill (paid receipts) that can be submitted to your insurance provider for full or partial reimbursement. For all questions related to your insurance coverage and benefits, please work directly with your insurance provider or employer. We do offer a 10% discount to active duty military, law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if you are uninsured, or if you elect not to use your insurance.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy or counseling will cost. For more information, click here
