Couples Therapy
Attached Therapy is rooted in working with couples, marriages, and relationships in distress. Many couples seek therapy after a loss of intimacy, in the aftermath of infidelity or an affair, or when communication has become strained and painful. Jason provides thoughtful, structured support to help partners understand what has broken down and move toward repair, clarity, and reconnection.

Individual Therapy
Jason works with individuals navigating infidelity, divorce, trauma, and concerns related to sexual health and eroticism. This work is often focused on understanding relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and the personal meaning of intimacy, trust, and desire. Individual therapy offers a private, focused space to slow down, reflect, and examine how these patterns may be shaping current distress or dissatisfaction.

Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a central part of the work Jason does with many individuals and couples. Clients often seek support around desire discrepancies, sexual dissatisfaction, performance concerns, or when intimacy has become stressful, avoidant, or disconnected. This work integrates emotional understanding with practical guidance to help clients restore confidence, communication, and a more connected sexual life.
Clinical Standard
Attached Therapy works with couples and individuals around infidelity, sexual disconnection, and relational breakdown that has reached a consequential point. Sessions are structured and deliberate, focused on repair through emotional accountability and a precise understanding of how the relationship organizes itself under strain.
The work emphasizes emotional safety while remaining direct and exacting. Progress is reflected in steadier connection, increased responsiveness, and renewed trust in how the relationship functions, not in insight alone. This is therapy oriented toward real change in how partners meet one another.

In-person sessions are available by appointment at the Manhattan Studio and the Brooklyn Studio. These studio settings are intentionally limited and designed for focused, private work with individuals and couples seeking high-level care around relationships, intimacy, and repair.
